Every alloy pole supplied with Terra Nova and Wild Country tents or bivis is covered by our No‑Quibble Pole Guarantee. For two years from the date of purchase, we will replace any damaged pole - regardless of the cause, including unforeseen mishaps or accidental damage. This straightforward, hassle‑free policy ensures you can rely on your equipment with confidence, knowing that any tent or bivi pole issue will be resolved quickly so your adventures can continue uninterrupted.

Important: You must register your tent after purchase to activate your full guarantee.

Free UK Delivery

Free delivery is available for webshop orders of £50 or more delivered to standard UK postcodes.

Please note that international orders, telephone orders, and some remote UK postcodes are excluded from this promotion.
