We’re Moving Offices!
This December Terra Nova Equipment Ltd are moving offices to brand new, purpose built premises a short distance away in Clay Cross, Derbyshire. We are all very excited to move into our new home, but this is going to be quite a busy time for us – particularly for our warehouse and factory team.
With this in mind, we would like to advise all of our customers to place their orders as soon as possible. Our last date for accepting orders before we move is 9th December. Orders placed after this date may not be processed until the New Year.
Our made-to-order items, which are produced in our Derbyshire factory, are usually given a 6 week processing period. Every product is carefully made so due to our move in mid-December we can’t guarantee that orders placed now for these items will be completed and shipped before Christmas. We apologise for any inconvenience this delay may cause you, our warehouse and factory will be back to their normal service in the New Year. In the meantime our sales team on 01773 833 300 will be able to advise you on delivery timescales for made to order items.
